Another Kalabari Girl, a dynamic, intelligent beauty charms, Tubosoye Charles Dokubo, makes Rivers State, Nigeria and indeed Africa proud as she wins the United Nations Beauty Peagent Ambassador 2015 for Africa and Nigeria Double Titles and Crowns. The colourful and well-attended event was held in Jamaica. Agbani Derego opened the line and Tubosoye Dokubo has followed.
